We at Home Sweet Home Child Care Center would like to welcome you and your child to the exciting experience of entering early childhood education. Our philosophy is to provide a “home away from home” that reinforces the importance of education, love, and a healthy environment. Our curriculum is designed to provide opportunities for the development of physical, emotional, social and cognitive growth.
We have designed Home Sweet Home Child Care Center to have a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. The infant, nursery, preschool, pre-K and after school classes are intended to stimulate growth and development. We are dedicated to providing a clean and healthy environment. Our two acre property contains a large playground, covered patio, enclosed toddler playground and in ground pool. In addition to the scheduled weekly lesson plans, we present that children with hands on learning experience on field trips and extra curricular activities.
Home Sweet Home provides many accommodations for our clients. We offer the longest operating hours in the area, Monday through Friday 6:30am to 7:00pm. We are only closed nine days a year and do not follow the elementary school calendar, catering to the working parents. We offer flexible schedules and provide after school and holiday care of older siblings. Our program is year round, endowed with a summer fun calendar. Home Sweet Home provides all meals for your child during the day. Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 8:30am. A nutritional hot lunch is served at 11:30am and a healthy snack is served at 3:30pm. All backed by the New Jersey Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Food Program. Transportation is also available, speak with the Director for details.
Home Sweet Home Child Care Center has developed sound and secure methods of keeping your child safe. A Control Access System protects our entrance. The system allows enrolled parents to enter at any time, reinforcing our open door policy, but is locked from the outside not allowing any guest to enter without supervision.
Our childcare center has Closed Circuit Television located in the office permitting administrators to view every classroom throughout the day. Parents have the choice to view their child on the Internet protected by passwords. A parent’s ability to see their child learn and play at school during the day alleviates any reservations about the quality of childcare here at our center.
Our staff consists of qualified personnel. The staff is trained in C.P.R. and First Aid and Lifeguard instruction in addition to attending early childhood courses throughout the year. The staff is determined to form an affectionate and educational surrounding. Together the Director and teachers will create an all around program that is guaranteed to arouse your child’s imagination.
Tuition is based on the child’s age and schedule. We offer flexible childcare arrangements from two days a week to five days. There are half and full day programs available. Our rates are competitively priced. We accept childcare subsidies and work with parent’s income on a sliding scale (some restrictions apply). The Director will discuss individual tuition when you visit the center.
